This place is the worst don't even think about living here We decided to move here in Nov 2019 thinking it would be a great experience because of the high ceilings lots of natural light good view spacious floor plans and affordable rent Unfortunately it turned out to be the oldest highrise in Toronto with broken elevators all the time there are cockroaches but thankfully no bedbugs and tons of construction noise from outside The neighbouring units have horrible smells we had hot water issues for days at a time washers that ruined our clothes insecure underground parking plus weekly false fire alarms at all hours On top of that the stairs in both lobby and loading dock will make your moversgrocery delivery people hate you To make matters worse only the first 5 floors were renovated all other floors are oldfashioned with no AC more ... hide ...

Greetings to all of you apartment hunters out there I would like to share my latest experience in finding an apartment Recently I got a notification from Zumper about a Jr1 bedroom unit available at 35 Walmer Rd So I messaged the property and requested information regarding rental inquiry showing price etc but there was no response after two days so I decided to contact the leasing manager Brian Moreover his area code 365 left me with some hesitation so I researched about the building credentials and reviews When talking to Brian on the phone I told him that despite my attempts for contact there had been no response and he assured me that leasing management would get back soon Unfortunately though again two days passed by without any follow up from their side so I contacted Brian again as this was wasting my precious time He informed me that though the particular unit wasnt available they might will have a comparable one at a later date but asked for all my credentials including employer information and credit score before this could happen To top it off he expected me to register an offer on an imaginary unit without even seeing it This type of operation needs immediate attention by authorities as well as LTB mattersI want all readers here to be aware NO documentation NO credentials or CREDIT SCORE is required PRIOR TO scheduling an appointment for viewing with a LEGIT rental corporation Bidding or registering offers is not necessary either finding the right more ... hide ...

I would have given a negative rating if I could My suggestion is to not reserve this property which is currently managed by BiPort propertiesBiPort properties as it was the most terrible experience I have ever had with any hotel from the beginning of my booking I am sincerely grateful to Agodacom for making them accountable and giving me a full refund in the 2022-09-07T23:02:16Z
I would have given a negative rating if I could My suggestion is to not reserve this property which is currently managed by BiPort propertiesBiPort properties as it was the most terrible experience I have ever had with any hotel from the beginning of my booking I am sincerely grateful to Agodacom for making them accountable and giving me a full refund in the end after almost 7 weeks of struggle Following are some issues experienced 1 Incorrect details on its Agoda listing even though it says all children are welcome on their property guest policies under children and bed policies this is actually not the case older children are only allowed here 2 Changed terms and conditions of its property via email AFTER taking a fully nonrefundable booking at the point of sale they required guests to show photo ID credit card upon checkin bachelorette or similar parties were not allowed security deposit of CAD 600 was needed at checkin refunded after inspection of property 3 Unprofessional communication style that made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable dealing with them in any way whatsoever 4 Accused me that two out of four guests were never mentioned as kids despite confirmation stating 2 adults 2 children on my booking form clearly 5 Implied that we could be breaching quarantine rules in Canada although our quarantine period was already completed then 6 Refused a full reimbursement more ... hide ...

Living in a condominium without the extra fees for amenities services or conveniences has its pros and cons Although renovations have taken place there are still many issues with the old building We had 4 leaks in our apartment during the 2 years before we moved out Advantages include being located close to shops and on a subway line with newly renovated hallways an entranceway and laundry room Parking is available but limited in space Pest control seemed to be effective as I hadnt seen any cockroaches in 6 months prior to moving out The apartments are spacious with thick walls that reduce noise from neighbours however controlling or turning onoff heating is not possible so when temperatures hit a record high of 31 degrees Celsius we had to buy fans for the windows just to get some air circulating There is no air conditioning installed either which must be professionally inspected annually at tenant expense Constant construction and water shut offs create dust while garbage area usually appears messy furthermore elevators run slowly and break down frequently more ... hide ...

I shared a parking lot with the tenant of 50 Spadina and recently two of my car windows were smashed I found out that earlier this year the same thing happened to his car When I mentioned this to Sterling Karamar the property management company they showed no concern for tenant safety or security The security company has been unhelpful too when asked for vid 2022-10-21T18:32:17Z
