We had an awful stay here and 0 stars would be more appropriate We saw dead roaches in the kitchen living room drawers cupboards fridge sink and stove on our first day despite receiving treatments we spotted more later Ive seen roaches in the elevator twice and the laundry room too Additionally we had mice in our kitchen which was not addressed for almost 4 2022-09-20T07:02:17Z
We had an awful stay here and 0 stars would be more appropriate We saw dead roaches in the kitchen living room drawers cupboards fridge sink and stove on our first day despite receiving treatments we spotted more later Ive seen roaches in the elevator twice and the laundry room too Additionally we had mice in our kitchen which was not addressed for almost 4 weeks after contacting management who then ignored us when we reached out again Red ants were all around the building I saw them in my living room bathroom and kitchen Other than these issues there have been multiple other problems with our unit that werent pest related Olman resident manager tries to solve them quickly but Omar Boland property manager is unhelpful he disregards any of our issues minimizes them and blames us instead of accepting responsibility After researching reviews about Hollyburn Properties on different sites its clear that this is a common trend large buildings like these will always have some problems but the magnitude of ours combined with dismissive attitude from management takes it to another level altogether STAY AWAY more ... hide ...

Im thrilled to be living at Chaplin Crescent The management office is very efficient and always quick to respond Through the online system its easy to contact management or request repairs Its a stark contrast from other buildings Ive lived in Toronto My unit is sunny and the building itself is spickandspan Neighbors are friendly too Plus the walls are thicker than many of the newer condos in town so noise isn't an issue aside from the construction on LRT outside which will eventually be beneficial Whenever there are upgrades or improvements made I appreciate them because it only helps make our living space better All in all I highly recommend 321 Chaplin Crescent and am excited for warm weather when we can utilize nearby trails and parks This area is great for sure more ... hide ...

Renting a place as an international student in a city with which I was completely unfamiliar was daunting but I felt fortunate The personnel at the office were really obliging guiding us through the procedure and making certain we didnt make any missteps The building is in a practical area with Scotia Bank Canadian Tire Food Basics No Frills and Shoppers Drug Mart nearby there are YRT transit stops within 100 meters for good connection too There are many parks within walking distance from the building When it came time to move in our twobedroom apartment was all set up with appliances and plenty of space for 3 or 4 people moreover it has a sizable balcony that can accommodate small furniture or bicycles if desired Additionally the building has a gym equipped with all necessary machines All told my experience living at 20 Clark Avenue could not have been better there were no issues whatsoever and management is quite responsible to guarantee their tenants have an enjoyable and secure stay more ... hide ...
