I would have given a negative rating if I could My suggestion is to not reserve this property which is currently managed by BiPort propertiesBiPort properties as it was the most terrible experience I have ever had with any hotel from the beginning of my booking I am sincerely grateful to Agodacom for making them accountable and giving me a full refund in the end after almost 7 weeks of struggle Following are some issues experienced 1 Incorrect details on its Agoda listing even though it says all children are welcome on their property guest policies under children and bed policies this is actually not the case older children are only allowed here 2 Changed terms and conditions of its property via email AFTER taking a fully nonrefundable booking at the point of sale they required guests to show photo ID credit card upon checkin bachelorette or similar parties were not allowed security deposit of CAD 600 was needed at checkin refunded after inspection of property 3 Unprofessional communication style that made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable dealing with them in any way whatsoever 4 Accused me that two out of four guests were never mentioned as kids despite confirmation stating 2 adults 2 children on my booking form clearly 5 Implied that we could be breaching quarantine rules in Canada although our quarantine period was already completed then 6 Refused a full reimbursement more ... hide ...
