I'm thrilled to be living at Chaplin Crescent! The management office is very efficient and always quick to respond. Through the online system, it's easy to contact management or request repairs. It's a stark contrast from other buildings I've lived in Toronto. My unit is sunny and the building itself is spick-and-span. Neighbors are friendly, too. Plus, the walls are thicker than many of the newer condos in town so noise isn't an issue aside from the construction on LRT outside (which will eventually be beneficial). Whenever there are upgrades or improvements made, I appreciate them because it only helps make our living space better. All in all, I highly recommend 321 Chaplin Crescent and am excited for warm weather when we can utilize nearby trails and parks! This area is great for sure!
