The rent prices are incredibly expensive yet no improvements are made to the apartments There is constantly a petition going around from tenants to halt rent increases The people living in the complex seem nice but the management is unprofessional they often don't pick up phone calls and can be heard on the phone having conversations with friends while at work Furthermore they have even entered residents homes without permission Additionally renovations need to be done in both the basement and garage there are foul smells coming from pipes and garbage piles up everywhere Staircases have stains of bodily fluids all over them as well Lastly it is unreasonable that they charge 2000 for a onebedroom unit more ... hide ...

We are very content with our 3 bedroom suite as the property is kept in spotless condition We have been here for almost a year and the new manager Jason Monroe has been friendly and helpful So far we have not had any problems with the rental The rent is also reasonable compared to Heritage Place in Saskatoon where we had nothing but troubles for two years di 2022-10-13T02:32:17Z
We are very content with our 3 bedroom suite as the property is kept in spotless condition We have been here for almost a year and the new manager Jason Monroe has been friendly and helpful So far we have not had any problems with the rental The rent is also reasonable compared to Heritage Place in Saskatoon where we had nothing but troubles for two years dirty hallways security doors that wouldnt close properly carpets stained with pet urine and no heat or hot water at times They promised us they would pay for our moving expenses after flooding but never did now its managed by those who constructed it Were delighted we moved here and just need a parking spot in front of building for my wife who has a disability which hopefully will be available soon more ... hide ...
