It has been six years that I have been living here and the management and service has been deplorable When the pandemic hit they drastically reduced their service level Every time I asked for something to be done in my apartment or complained about an issue they only solved the problems that were easy to resolve all of my other concerns were ignored For exam 2022-09-17T22:32:17Z
It has been six years that I have been living here and the management and service has been deplorable When the pandemic hit they drastically reduced their service level Every time I asked for something to be done in my apartment or complained about an issue they only solved the problems that were easy to resolve all of my other concerns were ignored For example Refrigerator it needs replacing as food gets frozen every few days causing me to throw out at least 20 times Bathroom mold problem was serviced and painted but came back in bad condition Dishwasher not working properly and old machines Staircase some of the strains pushed down posing a danger Paint requested according to their rules but still nothing done after 6 years Windows not serviced for a long time Flooring never given polished floor despite requests Laundry machine often not working with no response from company when called Despite calling Richfields main office and follow up many times there has still been no response from their service department To make matters worse some of their staff members are highly rude This is despite paying so much money for nothing in return Clearly if you had asked me 3 years ago if you should move here I would have recommended it without hesitation but now I advise against it even if you don't find better options arounds I hope those reading this can understand how frustrating this situation is which prompted me to write such more ... hide ...

The Apartments provided a pleasant experience with their super friendly service making it perfect for groups We reserved a 3bedroom for 5 people and were very pleased with the cleanliness and functionality of all amenities Abundant towels were included as well The layout included one bathroom with two showers stalls and another bathroom with just a toilet Ad 2022-10-26T02:32:17Z

After I moved to Aspect I was delighted with the stunning location interior and property Abby was an incredible help with my move and even aided me in getting paperwork for an emotional support animal due to my husbands deployment Now that the staff has changed everything has taken a turn for the worse trash is everywhere on site and belongings of tenants ha 2022-09-17T23:02:17Z
After I moved to Aspect I was delighted with the stunning location interior and property Abby was an incredible help with my move and even aided me in getting paperwork for an emotional support animal due to my husbands deployment Now that the staff has changed everything has taken a turn for the worse trash is everywhere on site and belongings of tenants have been left by the garage entrance twice in one week The front garage door has broken three times in six months but theyve kept everyone informed about waiting for a part our toilets been leaking for six weeks now and maintenances come twice but they wont inform us when well receive or install a new one No one answers calls or returns messages when I call or visit although the welcome sign is up so Im looking forward to when our lease ends so we can go elsewhere not to mention sweeping glass out of an elevator near a dog park that had sat there for hours which isn't safe for kids or pets more ... hide ...

My name is not Vicky as I am currently residing at Heritage Apartments and would prefer not to disclose my identity After living here for approximately one year I have some mixed reviews To start off with the positives no major issues the apartment is average in size and costeffective for a 1 bedroom unit Amenities include a pool gym and a lengthy list of additional features that I havent even tried out yet Plus theres covered parking available plus an extra uncovered spot available too The two times when the doorknobs on our apartment did not function properly were addressed by their 247 maintenance almost immediatelythey even replaced two of them in order to fix itOn the downside people at their Bloom complex had appliances removed from them when they couldnt pay rent during COVID19 lockdown until it hit news headlines hallways are never cleaned you can see this in pictures handrail next to my door has been broken off for months carpets are stained in hallways and rooms we wont get back our deposit because there were countless problems like painted spots over walls grimy bathrooms etc which were way worse than show unitsIts true that Heritage isn't outstanding but you can make do if you lower your expectationsit is safer than The Archplus most people here arent students so theyre generally very respectful and quiet which is great You can get by with 750 for 2 more ... hide ...
