I had an overall positive experience when I stayed at 200 Gateway Blvd This was the only apartment Ive lived in Canada that didnt have any insects and where parking wasnt extra The superintendent was kind and noise from other apartments wasnt really a problem mail was brought to my door too The only downside were people not disposing of their garbage correct 2022-09-23T06:32:17Z
I had an overall positive experience when I stayed at 200 Gateway Blvd This was the only apartment Ive lived in Canada that didnt have any insects and where parking wasnt extra The superintendent was kind and noise from other apartments wasnt really a problem mail was brought to my door too The only downside were people not disposing of their garbage correctly and the super had to install a camera in my place to address it Unfortunately I had to leave for reasons unrelated to living there but looking back now I regret it because compared with other buildings this one was best plus being located in one of Torontos better neighbourhoods made it even better many things mayve changed since then but the memories remain fond more ... hide ...

The lobby is the only floor in this building thats kept up management only cares about making a good first impression All other floors are in deplorable condition and if you lean against the elevator walls youll be covered in dust This has been happening for 8 years because those hired to maintain it had no prior experience taking care of highrise buildings 2022-10-18T14:02:18Z
The lobby is the only floor in this building thats kept up management only cares about making a good first impression All other floors are in deplorable condition and if you lean against the elevator walls youll be covered in dust This has been happening for 8 years because those hired to maintain it had no prior experience taking care of highrise buildings During last summers heatwave the air conditioning broke for 6 weeks and not even head office seemed to care tenants were so desperate they called their city councilman Mike Cole for help after head office hung up on them or insulted them upon calling Most of the tenants are seniors and families with young children yet owners a brothersister pair are multimillionaires who live extravagantlymy sister is even involved in Toronto Arts Scene and her home was featured in Toronto Life magazine It makes me wonder what her peers would think if they knew how she treats her tenants more ... hide ...

For the past four months since April 2022 I have been living in an apartment here Unfortunately one of the elevators has been out of order 6 times or more The location can be seen as both good and bad it is close to a Bus stop and shops on Don mills but it is in a somewhat sketchy area if you are going South The security system of the building does not refle 2022-11-09T02:02:18Z
For the past four months since April 2022 I have been living in an apartment here Unfortunately one of the elevators has been out of order 6 times or more The location can be seen as both good and bad it is close to a Bus stop and shops on Don mills but it is in a somewhat sketchy area if you are going South The security system of the building does not reflect this as evidenced by my bike getting stolen from outside the building within a week Even worse there were no security cameras to cover either the entrance from the north or even around where I had parked my bike which was worth 400 and had some emotional significance for me see attached photo The concierge sympathized with me but there was nothing they could do since management would have to fix up the camera system more ... hide ...

This is an incredible place to live it offers many amenities such as tennis badminton squash a pool swimming pool with a sauna and jacuzzi Additionally there is a gym and party room The building has an elegant layout in the lobby as well as on the floors and it is gated for security Its much better than downtown places because it provides many more facilitie 2022-10-18T14:32:17Z
