For the past four months since April 2022, I have been living in an apartment here. Unfortunately, one of the elevators has been out of order 6 times or more. The location can be seen as both good and bad; it is close to a Bus stop and shops on Don mills, but it is in a somewhat sketchy area if you are going South. The security system of the building does not reflect this, as evidenced by my bike getting stolen from outside the building within a week. Even worse, there were no security cameras to cover either the entrance from the north or even around where I had parked my bike- which was worth $400 and had some emotional significance for me (see attached photo). The concierge sympathized with me but there was nothing they could do since management would have to fix up the camera system.

After living in Toronto for many years, I was able to sell my car and save hundreds of dollars on transportation since all I need is within walking distance. Furthermore, with the upcoming opening of the Science Center Transit Hub, it will be even better. The condo amenities are located on four floors - from Level 1 to 4 - and include a lobby, concierge desk, property management office, mailroom, pet wash station and a music/theater room. There is also a hobby room with flex space/community room as well as a business centre and meeting booths. Additionally there are park walkways with children's play area plus water features. Guest suites and bicycle storage rooms can be found too along with dining/meeting rooms, party areas and servery. Moreover there is a fitness centre with yoga studio plus washrooms that come complete with billiard room as well as games area along with men's & women's steam rooms & change facilities. Finally the rooftop entertainment zone comes complete with BBQs & dining lounge plus fire pit sunning lounge while indoors there are kitchen facilities too!
