After six months of living here upper management has yet to do anything regarding the parking situation Theres enough parking but it isn't assigned so tenants don't use their garages Because most tenants have oversized vehicles they cannot fit in the garages My 2016 Mustang barely fits and I have to park it as close to the wall as possible They attempted ins 2022-09-13T05:32:16Z
After six months of living here upper management has yet to do anything regarding the parking situation Theres enough parking but it isn't assigned so tenants don't use their garages Because most tenants have oversized vehicles they cannot fit in the garages My 2016 Mustang barely fits and I have to park it as close to the wall as possible They attempted inspections to ensure that parking in garages is possible but for me personally this had no effect and the issue remains unresolved Designated guest spots and permits for residents should be implemented as tenants lack respect or consideration for others when it comes to parking It would help if everyone parked one car in their garage and kept a second outside if needed however this is just one of several issues we have had here The oven ventilation isn't enough so alarms are set off whenever grilling or broiling occurs our door handle is still broken despite attempts at hammering it back on theres only one ceiling fan in the master bedroom with provision for another two rooms lacking lights or fans unless air conditioning is used those above sound like they run a bowling alley and wake us up at 5am every day understandable since its family friendly complex but still frustrating aesthetically though its nice with friendly staff which makes all this worse due to upper management not greenlighting assigned spots initially better insulation or not skimping on lightingceiling fixtures more ... hide ...
