Living in these apartments is a nightmare there are numerous problems I could mention but Ill keep it simple We receive water shutdown notices every other week and currently the hot water is off completely Management has sent out letters saying this will stay the same until further notice which is absurd considering its midOctober Bugs and mice inspections h 2022-10-15T18:32:18Z
Living in these apartments is a nightmare there are numerous problems I could mention but Ill keep it simple We receive water shutdown notices every other week and currently the hot water is off completely Management has sent out letters saying this will stay the same until further notice which is absurd considering its midOctober Bugs and mice inspections happen often and as an owner you have to pay for repairs outside of the building for cosmetic reasons such as bright porch lights that we don't have any control over The building is located in a sketchy area so you can expect people trying to enter the lobby at night Theres nothing good about this place besides its proximity to a busy bus stop and North Gate Mall with its grocery stores more ... hide ...

Having previously lived at the Walnut Grove Apartments a few years ago I had a great experience The one bedroom apartment was cozy and the building was always quiet and tidy Furthermore the location landscaping and underground parking were all excellent Other people I know who have stayed there also spoke highly of it Therefore if ever returning to Lindsay m 2022-10-15T19:02:18Z
