I stayed in the same building for over a year On the plus side it was near to my school and the metro station along with being a fairly generoussized studio they even replaced the flooring before I moved in However there were many cons it was overly expensive for what it offered or didnt offer management was almost nonexistent and amenities were terrible The janitor only cleaned up common areas every two months leaving smelly refuse juice on the stairs Neighbors would get loud late into night you could hear everything through thin walls The oven hadnt been used once since I got there as it was too dirty to use or clean they wouldnt replace it either Drawers and cabinets would break if you opened them or tried to wipe them downI had asked for a spare key at least five times during my stay but nothing ever happened every time someone wanted to come visit me I had no choice but to be present or leave my key with the janitor Additionally I received inaccurate notices about visitsappliance checks multiple times throughout my stay there more ... hide ...

We have had a multitude of difficulties since we moved into Blue Hill Apartments at the start of August Initially our lease was incorrect in multiple ways including rent amount room number move in date and security deposit amount Additionally they postponed our movein time by one month after ceasing communication with us Then when I drove nine hours from my 2022-09-15T11:32:16Z
We have had a multitude of difficulties since we moved into Blue Hill Apartments at the start of August Initially our lease was incorrect in multiple ways including rent amount room number move in date and security deposit amount Additionally they postponed our movein time by one month after ceasing communication with us Then when I drove nine hours from my home state to begin moving in they put it off further for three days Eventually we got to settle in without a stove or microwave or blinds for either window in the living room these werent installed for five days postmovein and only after continual complaints were the living room window blinds put up they said it would take one week We also received an incorrect mail key and just one out of the three keys necessary upon returning the wrong key they informed us that they had lost the true key to our mailbox so needed to drill out and replace its lock The contracting company botched three of the light switch panels which has still not been set right plus there was sloppy paint job on kitchen cabinets glue all over linoleum flooring as well as other areas including showers Moreover management seldom answer voicemails or phone calls during business hours nor do they respond to work orders even after weeks To anyone thinking about moving into Blue Hill Apartments don't I resided here before new managing company took over who have done nothing but create problems while raising cost of living adding a pit more ... hide ...
