We have had a multitude of difficulties since we moved into Blue Hill Apartments at the start of August. Initially, our lease was incorrect in multiple ways, including rent amount, room number, move in date and security deposit amount. Additionally, they postponed our move-in time by one month after ceasing communication with us. Then, when I drove nine hours from my home state to begin moving in they put it off further for three days. Eventually we got to settle in without a stove or microwave or blinds for either window in the living room; these weren't installed for five days post-move-in and only after continual complaints were the living room window blinds put up (they said it would take one week). We also received an incorrect mail key and just one out of the three keys necessary - upon returning the wrong key they informed us that they had lost the true key to our mailbox so needed to drill out and replace its lock. The contracting company botched three of the light switch panels which has still not been set right; plus there was sloppy paint job on kitchen cabinets, glue all over linoleum flooring as well as other areas including showers.
