It was an immense letdown to move here since the amenities we were promised were not available We had been told parking was free but then were charged 100 for each car every month Another false promise was the dog park which turned out to be only a fencedin muddirt pit with glass shards in it Kids run around unsupervised late at night and leave rubbish behind while the washing machines never work we have had to resort to using laundry services frequently The water has also been cut off numerous times and management has changed four times in eight months tenants are moving out en masse There are discrepancies between rent ledgers and payment mistakes often made payments due on first of month take two weeks or more to be processed My expectations of finding a comfortable home with wellmaintained grounds have been completely dashed instead I find it stressful and see people leaving almost daily because they cannot stand it any longer The only thing that is consistent is maintenance staff who are polite and helpful these apartments could look beautiful if managed properly more ... hide ...

We hadnt even moved in yet but still went to look at an apartment available We filled out the application and after a few days they called our references The following day we phoned the office to find out if we were accepted unfortunately we werent as it was already taken However they said there were two other apartments in another building one with hardwood flooring for only 50 more than the other and since we had a baby we decided to go with that option Assuming it was identical as per what the office lady said we sent them an etransfer to cover first month rent and deposit Since we lived 400km away in Mississauga so drove up there to sign paperwork and view it only then did discover that there was no hardwood flooring like requested instead carpet We had asked SPECIFICALLY twice before going up there for hardwood floors but got nothing not even a reduction in price This felt like taking advantage of us as clients who came from such a distance away To add salt to injury when looking around place seemed messy holes on walls due current tenant smoking inside and painting ceilings might happen soon tooIts disheartening how they boast of being 5 star yet act like 1 star companies more ... hide ...
