It was an immense let-down to move here, since the amenities we were promised were not available. We had been told parking was free, but then were charged $100 for each car every month! Another false promise was the dog park which turned out to be only a fenced-in mud/dirt pit with glass shards in it. Kids run around unsupervised late at night and leave rubbish behind, while the washing machines never work; we have had to resort to using laundry services frequently. The water has also been cut off numerous times and management has changed four times in eight months - tenants are moving out en masse. There are discrepancies between rent ledgers and payment mistakes often made; payments due on first of month take two weeks or more to be processed. My expectations of finding a comfortable home with well-maintained grounds have been completely dashed - instead I find it stressful and see people leaving almost daily because they cannot stand it any longer! The only thing that is consistent is maintenance staff who are polite and helpful - these apartments could look beautiful if managed properly.
