I would give it zero stars if I could Three weeks ago I was looking for a relaxing time but instead encountered a disaster from check in to check out The front desk manager was rude and dismissive towards us when we asked questions about amenities We had to wait forever for the room my partner booked in advance and it turned out to be dim and smelly with mildew The pool was dirty the marina rundown the trails unsafe due to poor maintenance and there wasnt even a spa like what was advertised on their site Dinner that night had excellent service from Tony in the dining room with delicious food however when we had a reservation at their dining room the next evening there were no options except buffet with notsogood food We overheard employees speaking by the kitchen doors expressing their grievances they worked over 60 hours per week and management wouldnt do anything about another employee damaging the chefs car outside of their room on property Whoever owns this establishment get your head out of your behind Your employees are people who should not be used just for profitseeking purposes management is evidently unmanageable here as well more ... hide ...

We spent two nights in June at the BnB situated down a hill and perched on a cliff overlooking Howe Sound Even in the rain it was tranquil to sit on the balcony chairs listening to the waves and rainfall The suite itself is unparalleled in privacythe only one of its kind as it is found in the basement of the main house where hosts resideand provided us with exclusive access to its backyard with Adirondack chairs for breakfasting while taking in the ocean views Descending down from there are steps to a beach fire pit and benches Inside we enjoyed an expansive room with plenty of windows facing out towards sea full kitchen stocked with cookware living area no air conditioning we werent bothered since Junes temperatures were still quite cool Finally our hostess Judy was incredibly hospitable when she heard our ferry sailed at 2 pm she kindly allowed us extra time since there were no arrivals for that day more ... hide ...
