The Cunard building is a low rise structure with no elevator, so living on the fourth floor can be quite a climb. There is parking provided, but it costs $90. The appliances are antiquated and yellowish-looking due to their age of forty years or more, and they are made of aluminum. Natural sunlight doesn't reach this building since neither the living room nor the windows are big enough for it to enter.
