Having lived here for four years the property management company is definitely terrible They try to dodge responsibility and blame others for any issue that arises As an example ceilings have fallen in some units and black mold has been plastered over instead of getting to the root of the problem When my girlfriend moved in she was given a front door that had been kicked in and couldnt even lock properly they promised it would be replaced by then but it never was Consequently I had to stay with her for months until it was fixed so she wouldnt be at risk living alone Were not the only couple forced together because of this companys negligence we know many other couples whove experienced similar issues with criminal tenants or attempted home invasions with no action taken by property management Although I may sound like a conspiracy theorist I think GreenwinStarlight purposely avoid dealing with these problems so people move out and they can raise their prices again every year more ... hide ...

Living in this apartment was a terrible experience I wouldnt recommend it to anyone Not only was I not able to live comfortably I was disrespected and threatened by the landlord on multiple occasions Though they promote luxury units there were many issues such as loose floor tiles scratched countertops and more that werent fitting of luxe living Assistance w 2022-11-01T06:32:18Z
Living in this apartment was a terrible experience I wouldnt recommend it to anyone Not only was I not able to live comfortably I was disrespected and threatened by the landlord on multiple occasions Though they promote luxury units there were many issues such as loose floor tiles scratched countertops and more that werent fitting of luxe living Assistance with the unit itself took a long time to come and no specific dates were given for repairs All in all I would not suggest living here the manager will go out of their way to cause you inconvenience like issuing tickets for cars parked in visitors spots even though visitors don't have to register their cars ahead of time On top of all this they even went so far as to threaten involving child services if need be It felt like a fight just for basic respect and communication every time I needed something done in my apartment never feeling relaxed at home more ... hide ...
