This building which I resided in for a few years is not one I would recommend Below are items to consider both as pros and cons Pros Its close to stores eateries and pubs the fitness center has nice equipment theres a rooftop patio keyless entry parking is 95 and windows are large Cons The resident supervisors are unprofessional stiffmannered and suspicious of all who enter or leave the building including tenants The units stay at 30 degrees Celsius yearround 40 during summertime only small sections of windows open so no air or breeze comes in the rooftop patio can be randomly locked off without warning no pets allowed and walltowall carpets that are old and dirty Furthermore renovation noise is constant while noise complaints go unheard The fitness room gets too hot although theres a heat pump which needs to be activated upon entry then shut off when vacating making summer workouts impossible due to sweltering temperature Additionally water shuts down monthly for maintenance due to age 1974 of building Lastly cockroaches invaded our unit three times but were eventually eradicated by exterminator treatments over many months however other tenants had sprayed bug repellant causing roaches spread through walls into our place other units too Plus stairs lead up into each living room bedroom which limits furniture arrangement options plus accessibility isn't an option from main entrance as no accessibility button present either more ... hide ...

Staying at this accommodation was a real highlight of our trip We arrived in the evening so it was dark but we got in alright The location is perfect as you have an incredible view of the ocean and its not a busy road The hosts were wonderful they had everything ready for us when we arrived and breakfast was like being with old friends hearty portions and e 2022-10-03T04:02:18Z
Staying at this accommodation was a real highlight of our trip We arrived in the evening so it was dark but we got in alright The location is perfect as you have an incredible view of the ocean and its not a busy road The hosts were wonderful they had everything ready for us when we arrived and breakfast was like being with old friends hearty portions and even lattes The dining room overlooked the ocean which made for a pleasant start to our day They didnt live on site but close by and there was no need to take off our shoes when inside The suite we stayed in had some issues though it was downstairs so access involved either going outside around the building or using an elevator that only one of the hosts could operate this became inconvenient when it rained for two days However all other features were more than enough to make up for that huge living space with a kingsized bed bathroom with both lie down shower convertible to normal standing shower double vanity and Jacuzzi tub plus cable TV All these things meant that on bad days we could easily never leave our room even though there were lots of windows offering peaceful views out onto the ocean There were also motion sensors which switched lights on automatically so no fumbling around in darkness This place has only been open since summertime which explains why some parts werent finished yet such as elevator walls crown molding more ... hide ...

The apartments in this building are of generous size however there are some issues that need to be addressed The main floor lock has been broken for close to a month and despite fixing the garage door the entrance door remains the same There is a notice posted saying parts have been delayed due to pandemic conditions which many don't believe true The security cameras are working but not enough to keep outsiders from entering Additionally the underground parking garage door stops working often and when there is a power outage it cannot be opened unless manually done by building managers This poses an issue if someone needs their car out quickly in an emergency situation Furthermore the emergency lights located in common areas do not last more than 1520 minutes making it dangerous with no visibility during power outages definitely not worth paying increased rent for these conditions Nevertheless good tenants and clean common areas remain positives about living here however corporate management needs to take necessary actions soon regarding these areas of concern more ... hide ...
