RATS are all over this building I have noticed them in the main halls laundry room and my unit which I luckily will be vacating at the end of this month The sound of their scurrying is quite loud at night making it difficult to get a good amount of sleep Besides these rodents there is a terrible management team that is both fake and greedy Kurt and Joanne the resident managers will act friendly until you sign your lease after that do not expect any help if something goes wrong in your unit For instance I asked for a peephole to be installed on my door due to safety concerns as a single female but nothing was done even after multiple requests Furthermore if you are part of an ethnic minority group here then expect to be treated differently coming from personal experience as well as other inhabitants who have left Harbour Ridge Rodent Lodging due to their mistreatment It isn't completely bad here though the location is great and most tenants are young adults but with loud parties every week plus construction noise during work days it can become exhausting especially with an unpredictable work schedule like mine All things considered this place isn't worth its cost when compared to other buildings managed by better people avoid realstar managed buildings altogether more ... hide ...

The cottages are in a great spot along the St Lawrence near the 1000 Islands Parkway The atmosphere is quite cozy with lots of trees making for a stunning fall escape Fishing kayaking and canoeing can be done from the docks A path leads down to the waterfront and provides a pleasant summer breeze Our cottage Skye had two screened doors from livingdining room area and a sliding door on its back deck for watching sunsets Everything you need is supplied appliances dishes towels linens bath robes etc even a slow cooker for preparing pot roast Refrigerator was equipped with an ice maker and water dispenser awesome Place was kept immaculate they even had dishwasher Firewood was provided so that you could have campfires indoors or outdoors at picnic tables Hot tub ready upon arrival Beds were comfy too with pillows included its only minutes away from Ganonoque Ontario making it an ideal destination to stay wellmaintained accommodation without any hesitationThe cottages location on St Lawrence near 1000 Islands Parkway makes them really convenient theyre surrounded by lots of trees which creates a cozy atmosphere perfect for spending time in both fall and summer months Fishing kayaking canoeing can all be done from docks available at this location while theres also a winding path leading down to waterfront offering delightful summer breezes Our particular cottage Skye provided guests with more ... hide ...
