Ive been renting at Saskatoon Towers for 3 years and the management has been hard to work with Northland took over from Quadreal a couple months ago they gave us 1 days notice had us submit direct deposits and it took them 20 days into January before rent was taken out of our accounts without any communication Our friendly maintenance people were fired too 2022-09-21T07:02:18Z
Ive been renting at Saskatoon Towers for 3 years and the management has been hard to work with Northland took over from Quadreal a couple months ago they gave us 1 days notice had us submit direct deposits and it took them 20 days into January before rent was taken out of our accounts without any communication Our friendly maintenance people were fired too Management said they could enter our units MF 9am5pm which is illegal We don't know how to contact emergency maintenance or submit requests and last night our FOB system didnt work in 30 degrees Celsius My sisters unit was 10 degrees and she had to sleep on my couch buy a space heater today she wont be compensated either Two people never got their 500 referral credit or free month of rent per Quadreal Northland wont honor it either There have been 2 fires in the stairwell in 3 months too When Quadreal managed Impark took over parking we had to set up accounts which cost 25 but werent compensated for it Covid shut down amenities but rent increased there was no compensation for that loss either gym was why I chose this bldg Its high price yet lots of unexpected expenses uncertainties disruptions unsafe so not worth it Im moving ASAP more ... hide ...

Property management is terrible the building managers are haughty and disrespectful The plumbers and maintenance personnel have no clue what theyre doing they lie constantly about the heat system that theyre in charge of overseeing Furthermore they state that its the owners job to pay for a new water heater even though we don't actually own the building jus 2022-10-26T06:02:18Z
Property management is terrible the building managers are haughty and disrespectful The plumbers and maintenance personnel have no clue what theyre doing they lie constantly about the heat system that theyre in charge of overseeing Furthermore they state that its the owners job to pay for a new water heater even though we don't actually own the building just our condo unit Its the worst management company Ive ever encountered Also replacing windows and siding isn't something that belongs to us its part of the structure we don't possess We had no selection when it came to selecting these new features and installers didnt install them correctly either so I had to hire someone else who charged me money I couldnt afford If I could give them a rating lower than one star it would be minus a billion stars more ... hide ...
