Living here for one year wasn't the best experience. We were never told of the cockroach infestation while looking at the apartment, but shortly after moving in we realized it was a problem. It took multiple visits from an exterminator, forcing us to vacate our home often. Although they addressed maintenance requests quickly, they usually needed to be repaired two or three times before it was right and some of them were just fixed with scotch tape! There are so many reasons why you should avoid this place - save yourself and stay away!
