We were pleased to find this accommodation in Advocate Harbor unfortunately we didnt have enough time to take full advantage of it We had come for sea kayaking and arrived late but the manager waited for us before leaving for the night The unit was very comfortable with a great kitchen living room and two bedrooms downstairs The kitchen was wellequipped we could have cooked easily if wed wanted to The living area had a fireplace and comfortable furniture where one could relax in peace Outside was a beautiful beach with lots of driftwood along its shoreline that stretched as far as the eye could see including the fog hovering over the harbor channel There were several notes around outlining rules which seemed unnecessary plus an adequate but small shower This would be an ideal spot to stay longer and explore more of this areap more ... hide ...

As a newcomer to the world of homeowning Im delighted with this building and all it has to offer Its wellmaintained and the property management staff are incredibly helpful The builders and personnel involved have been attentive and accommodating while the local community is very friendly

My college experience with Aggie Village was a positive one The apartments were nice but there were always some signs of the previous tenant such as markings on the walls furniture and appliances I recommend adding personal touches like posters or paintings to make it look less like a hotel room The apartments are quite tiny shared units had almost no storage space and the bathroom only had a standup shower and toilet kitchen had two cabinets for food and a large shelf above the sink common spaces had too much furniture bedrooms could barely fit desks and beds closets were miniscule For 800month there was not much value for money Despite this living here proved satisfactory close to campus no annoying guest policies prompt maintenance though bad patching job on my wall Appliances worked well would have been nice to have microwave plus inunit laundry was huge bonus Mail service could be slow but thats minor If youre new to living away from home these are great as everything is included location is convenient and quiet yet not overly dormy Parking available but pricey more ... hide ...
