I would rate this place a 0 if I could The walkup apartments were dingy and smelled like a sewer They even flooded giving us less than a weeks notice to evacuate without explaining when wed be able to return To add insult to injury they used the emergency repairs as an excuse for renovations for the next tenants after I had given my 60day notice following fl 2022-11-05T07:02:18Z

The Senses Tower is where we live and the two towers share the same security company but have different management companies When we moved in there were security and management issues due to the new construction that everyone had to learn from but now things have been sorted out Cleaning staff security and property management are all doing a great job this has been made possible by the hard work of the condo committee The false fire alarms at first were caused by dust from building affecting sensors in common areas It is modern clean and safe with 247 cameras on every floor including elevators and parking levels residents need to set up their names and phone numbers on intercom system for visitors to enter Securitys main job is not a doorman its safeguarding facilities but some renters don't want to follow rules set by condo board which are for everyones protection A massage business on ground floor was investigated as unlicensed by town of Oakville and shut down accordingly take pride in your home more ... hide ...
