It is immensely important to read this My fiance and I have lived here for three years but it has been nothing but problems Bedbugs cockroaches unfilled work orders homeless people sneaking into the building and hallways carpets stained with urine you name it Drug activity is rampant in the building as well The landlords allow scavengers to rummage through the dumpsters We had to struggle tooth and nail just to get anything done around here rental lady will lie right in your face about bug issues and tell you there are none at all Just recently on June 27th 2018 a new tenant arrived he had only been living here four weeks yet was told there were no bedbug issue whatsoever he now has a lawyer helping him break his lease because of it The regional manager refuses to let him leave similarly not allowing us either when we tried previously Staff at the office are incredibly unprofessional they gossip about customers after their complaints have been filed without even fixing any of them This building needs an extensive treatment or else be taken down completely partial treatments wont cure its infestations across all fifteen floors We gave solutions on how to treat this place yet were met with responses of being too expensive or inconvenient so having bedbugs across all fifteen floors is more convenient Think twice before viewing an apartment here for youll end up regretting it within three weeks more ... hide ...

Ive been living here for 3 years and its not the best place but its also not the worst Theyre currently upgrading the elevators Another bonus is that there are no critters crawling around no roaches or bed bugs The apartments are also a decent size All in all Im happy living here

WARNING If you intend to reside in 192 Hughson Street you should be prepared to take the stairs since the elevators never work This 19story building requires physical fitness even for your family members People who are limited in terms of accessibility should not rent this building they should ask those currently living here first

This abode deserves not even a single star It used to be kept up clean and secure however this is no longer the case Drug dealers gang members and addicts are being rented to Mail boxes have been broken into and the western stairwell is full of trash cans rodents and droppings needles and floors that are covered in filth There is an obvious stench of urine that comes from homeless people sleeping in the main entrance lobby as well as in the stairwells which are never patrolled A security guard would be extremely beneficial to this location as it has become very dangerous The hallways are never vacuumedcleaned and there is a huge cockroach infestation with mold growing everywhere along with bed bugs too The windows on these apartments are so grimy you can barely see out of them This buildings management has major issues particularly their female supervisor who is rude aggressive impatient judgemental and volatile her husband does odd repair jobs around the place making it quite clear who wears the trousers Repair requests take either forever or go completely ignored here which makes matters worse There were children living here at one point along with elderly individuals which makes us worry for their safety because having to go through rivers of urine while someone lying down inside threatens you can be a frightening experience we were relieved when our time here came to an end Beware this place isn't good news at all more ... hide ...

High staff turnover and unresolved work orders from 15 years ago are symptomatic of the building glazing was off with a mat covering the area and no window washer or grass watering seen in 11 years Snow isn't cleared in front of ground level units during winter while rats live in retaining walls and roam backyards Underground parking is filled with dust and has to be rinsed regularly at tenants expense theres also no parking enforcement people will park in your spot without consequence The units don't match those advertised online so getting new appliances is a struggle it took 11 years for me to get my cheap washer Rent rises annually above guidelines while CCTV footage wont be given if someone hits your vehicle this happened 3 times to me alone as well as my neighbor outside who got nothing from management either police are frequently parked in fire routes Superintendents can only offer empty promises or excuses as two persons were suddenly removed without warning so repairs are delayed often Rent now averages 2000month Itd be nice to have fresh paint tiles in kitchen new kitchen cupboards hardwood that doesnt lift during summer lamenent flooring that stays down flatly clean garages that don't flood due to clogged drains each year garbage disposal without rats running around with full bins due to community putting their trash into ours or dumpster divers on the hunt for salvageable items too AC more ... hide ...

I have resided in this spacious new apartment complex for over half a year now and can say that it is great Access to bike trails and stores is convenient the management is very friendly and there is always someone on duty at the front desk for security Although it is somewhat on the pricier side when compared to other properties its quality makes up for it
