I have been waiting since 2017 for repairs on the unit I loved when I first saw it and was told it would be cleaned and painted After four months of paying an extra 1000 for storage I moved in my belongings and did painting shampooing the rug dealing with pests and cleaning a disgusting stoveoven Though I complained about the stove several times they said it could only be replaced with a smaller one but that wasnt suitable Additionally my upper cabinet doors wouldnt stay shut due to broken hinges and swollen drawers injured me when trying to open them The kitchen ceiling was falling apart so they patched it up but never finished there was also a leak over the fuse box which has since been fixed but not properly repaired or stabilized yet Light fixtures were upgraded before my arrival however now if bulbs blow out we are responsible for replacing them which is costly because they do not last long as stated on their packaging There are also many loose electrical receptacles hanging out of walls without being secured to studs After calling customer service who created a ticket to followup on then visited once more but left after that and consulting with Fire Marshall whose opinion went against mine Skyline gets full market rent because another party pays half making it difficult to move elsewhere due to current economic climate repairs still havent been completed after all this time more ... hide ...

I cant think of anything positive to say but from far away the building looks okay Up close its really old and rundown The grass and bushes are nice though In terms of machines there arent enough washing or drying machines plus they don't work well since theyre so old likely due to the owners being cheap and not replacing them with new ones The janitor uses 2022-10-31T14:02:20Z
I cant think of anything positive to say but from far away the building looks okay Up close its really old and rundown The grass and bushes are nice though In terms of machines there arent enough washing or drying machines plus they don't work well since theyre so old likely due to the owners being cheap and not replacing them with new ones The janitor uses people in the building as spies so everyone is constantly being watched He doesnt like people gathering in the lobby either Theres a lot of rust on the balconies plus its expensive 1050 for two bedrooms and 40 for underground parking Additionally water randomly shuts off without warning and there are leaks in pipes that stain ceilings brown People also spill stuff in stairways that isn't cleaned up for weeks at a time I moved to another place in Welland which I much prefer over this one on Clare Street more ... hide ...

Kim and Franco Rinaldo wish to thank Skyline Living for investing in great people like Lily the Resident Manager from 255 Willson in Welland They were highly impressed with her courteousness and helpfulness the moment they called to inquire about an apartment The building was clean and wellmaintained unlike other apartments they had seen that had marks on walls a foul smell and an unfriendly office manager The one at 255 Willson was freshly painted with all cupboards and appliances sparkling clean along with the washroom windows and closets which prompted them to sign on the spot Most of all though they appreciated that Lily actually answered their call as many do not This goes to show how hiring the right people makes a huge difference more ... hide ...
