2023-02-24T08:00:06ZI can't think of anything positive to say, but from far away the building looks okay. Up close it's really old and rundown. The grass and bushes are nice though. In terms of machines, there aren't enough washing or drying machines, plus they don't work well since they're so old; likely due to the owners being cheap and not replacing them with new ones. The janitor uses people in the building as spies - so everyone is constantly being watched. He doesn't like people gathering in the lobby either. There's a lot of rust on the balconies, plus it's expensive - $1050 for two bedrooms and $40 for underground parking! Additionally, water randomly shuts off without warning and there are leaks in pipes that stain ceilings brown. People also spill stuff in stairways that isn't cleaned up for weeks at a time! I moved to another place in Welland which I much prefer over this one on Clare Street.
