The experience at Metrocite has been terrible since Patrick left and the building smells isn't wellcleaned and the AC is always off in the foyer With only one slow elevator that needs frequent repairs its tough if you live on a higher floor like the 6th We moved into a place with other peoples stuff still in it and asked for isolation repair several times be 2022-09-25T09:02:18Z
The experience at Metrocite has been terrible since Patrick left and the building smells isn't wellcleaned and the AC is always off in the foyer With only one slow elevator that needs frequent repairs its tough if you live on a higher floor like the 6th We moved into a place with other peoples stuff still in it and asked for isolation repair several times because of how cheaply the finishing was done causing our heater to be on 247 due to cold air coming through Even during winter we saw ice forming inside from this air leakage When we tried to get our deposit back at contract end they denied us despite having signed an exit report saying everything was in order they charged us 150 for keeping 2 seats of a sofa but there was way more than that present when we moved in plus it wasnt clean All tenants leaving Metrocite have celebrated their contracts ending due to how bad things have gotten over the past couple years similar condos are available with better quality and management for around same price elsewhere so think twice before signing The pool should be avoided too because its liner is unclean with yellow coloring and detached pieces not very hygienic more ... hide ...
