No response has been made yet to my grievances. The customer service of this firm is unprofessional and they do not carry out the needed maintenance. I cannot endorse the East wing of the 3rd floor at 625 Beverly Street. Firstly, the HVAC system does not operate well; oven range fans draw in smoke from flats below. Secondly, humidity fills up in the laundry room and after informing management, leaving open door was proposed which let humid air drift into corridor; making it incredibly hot and smelly too. Lastly, parking lot is dim relative to other buildings nearby - two out of two lights are not working either. The Property Manager from 2022 Thunder Bay Region has acted very unprofessionally - my emails were disregarded until I threatened to review it online and escalate issue to head office then he replied within an hour with a false assurance for a fan delivery in one week but it's been more than four weeks now without any arrival.
