Marwest owns Ashbury Place located at 299 Queen Street Unfortunately the building is plagued with bed bugsbut its kept a secret Piles of mattresses and furniture are visible in the back and when we discovered them we moved out immediately After sending Marwest videos of all the bugs that were swarming despite exterminator visits I had to fight to get out of my leaseBy law they are supposed to inform everyone on our floor and those abovebelow us when theres an infestation however they did nothing So I began going doortodoor telling people what was going on which is when I started noticing other tenants throwing out furniture as well Unaware that all the garbage behind the building was contaminated with bed bugs others would take furniture from itI even saw a brand new IKEA couch taken back inside after discarding it myselfAlthough these apartments are beautiful and we had a great time living there before this issue arose Marwests handling of such a terrible infestation is criminal and disgusting prompting me to avoid shared buildings in the future more ... hide ...
