I lived at Heritage for two years and as with any apartment complex had some good and bad experiences On the positive side the complex is very affordable and conveniently located I always felt safe and the new property group as of 2021 is doing a great job with upgrades throughout the complex amenities and units The gym is nice while the pool is fun in summe 2022-09-16T20:32:16Z
I lived at Heritage for two years and as with any apartment complex had some good and bad experiences On the positive side the complex is very affordable and conveniently located I always felt safe and the new property group as of 2021 is doing a great job with upgrades throughout the complex amenities and units The gym is nice while the pool is fun in summertime they also keep up with refilling doggie bags regularly Additionally there has been a change in Maintenance crew which has resulted in better communication from their main member as well as timely fixes to issues On the downside though they don't salt walkways or driveways during snowice The hallwaysstairwells are usually dirty not due to residents trashing them but because of upkeep plus I havent seen the sweet grounds woman who used to clean them for a while now yet office staff still hasnt addressed this despite often walking around those areas Office staff itself can be rude or unhelpful except for Dixie furthermore you cant choose your water temperature its either freezing cold or burning hot plus not all units have been upgraded yet so if you get an older one it wont be in good condition mine had dirty walls and holes upon my arrival Overall it was an okay experience but Im glad that I left eventually not only did I never get my security deposit back after leaving my unit exactly how I found it months ago more ... hide ...

My review although lengthy might be of use to those considering relocating here Firstly the location is close to Lake Murray and is tranquil with trees plants and flowers Three years ago when I moved in my rent was around 1050 for a 1 bedroom1 bath Nowadays that amount will not be enough as similarly sized apartments can cost up to 1800 which is too much for 2022-09-06T04:32:16Z
My review although lengthy might be of use to those considering relocating here Firstly the location is close to Lake Murray and is tranquil with trees plants and flowers Three years ago when I moved in my rent was around 1050 for a 1 bedroom1 bath Nowadays that amount will not be enough as similarly sized apartments can cost up to 1800 which is too much for Irmo compared to rents in cities like Charlotte or downtown Columbia Security is not good since there are gates but these remain open day and night despite promises from staff to fix these there have been multiple car breakins where windows were smashed in The view of the lake at this complex called The Grandview is actually blocked by a retirement building so don't expect one if you move here Walls are thin so sound travels easily its best to get an apartment on the top floor so you don't smell smoke from downstairs neighbors who smoke on their balconies the balcony floors arent sealed Staff were friendly when I first moved in but now theyre short and unhelpful while maintenance staff has always been efficient Theres a small gym with limited equipment plus a pool with grills but joining an external gym would be recommended if possible In conclusion its nicer than average accommodation but not worth the price tag more ... hide ...
