We have been living in this place for about a month and so far it has been an excellent experience The apartments are great with Nest thermostats stainless steel appliances dishwasher garbage disposal unlike my last apartment inunit laundry and spacious bathrooms The amenities here are of high quality including the pool coffee bar car servicing garage bicycle storage business center and Amazon hubI feel safe here due to its quiet nature even though it is on a busy road plus everything I need is within 10 minutes or less There are lots of delivery options available like groceries food and same dayovernight shipping from Amazon tooThe only two issues I have are that there was no prior notice regarding maintenance coming over to fulfill our request and the ceiling is thin so we can hear every step taken by the upstairs neighbor But considering any apartment living situation you will hear your neighbors at some point this hasnt been too bad yetOverall I would definitely recommend staying here plan to do so until I buy a house someday more ... hide ...

This apartment complex isn't the best or worst place to live however its twostar rating is largely due to lack of privacy and thin walls Pros include a dogfriendly atmosphere apart from restricted breeds great location close to restaurants stores parks and trails a dog park on the premises with the need for fence repair and more grass well maintained pool maintenance staff who are quick to respond even replacing an appliance overnight beautiful landscaping Cons include breed restrictions despite research that disproves this as an indicator of behavior extremely thin walls where you can hear neighbors just speaking indoors bedrooms facing parking lot leading to no privacy poorly insulated windows causing high heating bills in wintertime windows also letting in sound and wind gusts that blow curtains around when closed bicycles not allowed on patio as its deemed unsightly overgrown grass due to infrequent landscapers after snow storm sidewalks were dangerously icy for days until complained about more ... hide ...
