We have been living in this place for about a month and so far it has been an excellent experience. The apartments are great with Nest thermostats, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, garbage disposal (unlike my last apartment), in-unit laundry and spacious bathrooms. The amenities here are of high quality including the pool, coffee bar, car servicing garage, bicycle storage, business center and Amazon hub. I feel safe here due to its quiet nature even though it is on a busy road; plus everything I need is within 10 minutes or less. There are lots of delivery options available like groceries & food and same day/overnight shipping from Amazon too. The only two issues I have are that there was no prior notice regarding maintenance coming over to fulfill our request and the ceiling is thin so we can hear every step taken by the upstairs neighbor. But considering any apartment living situation you will hear your neighbors at some point, this hasn't been too bad yet. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here & plan to do so until I buy a house someday:)
