My husband and I have been living in Urby since August and so far our experience has been great From the facilities to the staff everything has been topnotch Joey Ariel Ty Leo Edwin and other employees are always friendly and willing to help out The overnight front desk workers are always smiling when I take my dog outside in the middle of the night Sandro and Miguel from maintenance have responded quickly whenever I put in a work order The facilities themselves are very clean and well maintained unfortunately there is still an issue with lantern flies that Urby is trying its best to contain Weve been able to join some of the buildingwide activities such as outdoor movie nights or Labor Day weekend pool parties which we enjoyed immensely The only downside would be renting out the community roomkitchen which seems too expensive for most peoples budgets it would be nice if it was part of our amenities with a minimal fee for cleaning at most All things considered were very pleased with our Urby experience overall and would recommend it to others without hesitation more ... hide ...
