I used to be content but leaving modified my viewpoint totally I left the place clean passed the inspection and obtained above half of my damage deposit back The only reason being I had to use a blocked number to call them since they wouldnt answer my calls Then Louis almost akin to Oscar the grouch blamed me for supposedly missing out on a months rent which was not true They offer 100 off on first months rent upon early renewal which is not in accordance with what tenant board orders that one should be allowed to go monthtomonth after first year if they don't sign early For second year while looking for new housing I waited until last moment as it is within my rights due to undue pressure imposed by landlord on renewing contract earlier fortunately found another place soon enough but Louis Wolfson is truly unprincipled person whose conduct towards end comes under harassment category he even tried entering when my girlfriend was taking shower to an extent that I almost called police tenant board To sum up could not be more pleased with exiting from their too expensive apartment in 2759 windsor street where even slight sound can get you noise complaint If it were possible would have given 0 stars rating more ... hide ...

For the past six years my wife and I have resided in this building which has been owned by RealStar QuadReal and currently Capreit Despite the transitions not being ideal the property managers have always done their best Many may not be aware of what they can controlchange such as laundry fees or storage policies Tena and Wes are no exception to this The building itself is aged so one should expect common issues like fluctuating water pressure or old furnishings however maintenance is prompt and efficient A new dishwasher was even provided within a week when our old one stopped working Additionally there is a pool under renos and gym although quite mediocre Pigeons may be present occasionally but thats nothing compared to other places Ive lived before What could be bothersome is external noise due to its proximity to Robie Street however interior noise has never been an issue for us here All in all I will miss living here with its friendly tenants who are typically older adults yet it was time for us to move on thank you Tena Wes more ... hide ...

What an odd space On the first floor is a large room that can easily fit fifteen people It has table tennis billiards and a TV for entertainment The kitchen is equipped with all necessary amenities but two out of three fridges werent working The river side gallery is big but the furniture there seems to be on its last legs ready to collapse soon There are four showers and toilets in camp style on the ground floor too out of which only three work properly Moving up to the second floor youll find 11 individual rooms each having their own sink however you need to bring your own towels and toiletries with you Upstairs theres one single toilet with an inadequately supplied laundry room nearby as well as some renovations that arent suitable for those with reduced mobility due to their patched state Before we left we made sure that everything in the kitchen was exactly how it was when we arrived even leaving popcorn scattered around the broken sofa and window handles plus cobwebs hanging from the ceiling more ... hide ...

This apartment is not suitable to live in due to its location It is located in front of a street and behind a high speed road making it very noisy Additionally soundproofing between floors is inadequate even the slightest movement upstairs can be heard downstairs There are mice in the building this can be confirmed by looking for mouse droppings near the stoves edge Furthermore there is a marijuana den nearby which one can smell from the parking lot underground garage and corridors at back I even saw two people smoking with specific utensils through the window of their room To make matters worse air conditioning cannot be used during summer as it is prohibited here meaning you will not get your deposit back since they deduct money for various reasons Therefore it would be unwise to stay here because of its cheap price you would lose both your health and money if you did so I am merely deleting comments that other people post out of fear of exposing serious issues inside this apartment my own comments are all true more ... hide ...
