I have been living at 357 Rusholme Road for a couple of years and have had a mostly positive experience All staff members are incredibly nice and helpful being both courteous and professional I must say this is one of the best property managements Ive encountered The common areas are always kept clean theres security at night regular fire drills and pest control Moreover Sterling Karamar provides an online tool that lets you pay rent or book maintenance from anywhere The units are larger than your typical condo and come with great views of the neighborhood as well as nearby parks which is perfect during COVID One downside is theres often garbage lying around outside since its not stored in an enclosed facility furthermore theres no AC in the units windows can be thin making it hot in summer drafty in winter but that seems to be pretty standard for older apartments All things considered though its good value for money Hopefully this review helps someone out more ... hide ...

I would give a rating of zero stars if that were an option The way this building is managed has been extremely disappointing FinanciallyAdministratively the management office has doublecharged rent lost important forms and not apologized when making a mistake Furthermore they have questioned residents on whether they live there and acted coldly and rudely when requests for help were made multiple occupants have complained to the landlord tenant board about this As for maintenance don't expect requests to be fulfilled promptly or at all issues like plaster falling off ceilings broken light switches that wont turn off and stoves randomly turning off can take months to be addressed Additionally the elevators look nice but are often nonfunctional All in all I do NOT recommend living here very bad customer service experience overall more ... hide ...

When I first saw 1251 King St West on the rental site I was astonished that it fit within my budget During the viewing of the apartment the landlord was very hospitable and answered all of my queries competently and even gave me her card afterwards The Property Manager and maintenance personnel do an excellent job keeping the lobby tidy all the time Due to t 2022-10-29T14:02:19Z

I had a horrible experience at this place The building is old and in wintertime there was ice on the ceiling The hallways smell bad and the underground parking they charge 50 for is open to anyone When I was leaving the property manager told me I would have to pay 2200 for breaking my lease early which we had agreed upon before On my last day there they char 2022-10-02T07:32:17Z

Living here for over five months I have yet to encounter an issue that would give me cause for complaint Therefore I wanted to take my time in order to provide a detailed review instead of making snap judgments Alex was wonderful and instrumental in helping us acquire our apartment in this building He paid attention to all of our worries and ensured the place was ready for us when we moved in We got a renovated apartment with a stunning outlook and I am thrilled to call it home The few neighbors Ive encountered so far have been friendly and there is also an onsite fitness center available which is great for healthconscious people like myself All things considered the Management Team has earned my admiration keep up the good work more ... hide ...
