I relocated to this building six months ago from Edmonton and after reading reviews was a bit uncertain It was the only nice place I could find in town though Gladly Ive been pleasantly astonished since then The apartment looks fresh and is pet friendly theres even a dog wash so I don't have to spend money on washing my pooch when they get muddy Despite some comments concerning Lisa I found her to be gracious and professional she made my stressful movein super easy by allowing me to sign documents online and view videos of the apartment before moving in It isn't soundproof but thats what youd expect with shared livingnot all apartments are soundproofed When I first got here there was an issue with my dishwasher but Michael from maintenance soon sorted it out for me Generally speaking I rarely write reviews but am so content here after six months that people should know this is simply the best place to rent Plus there are lots of other dogs for mine to interact with This has been my favorite apartment out of all the ones Ive lived in more ... hide ...

Heed this warning living here is not recommended Despite the age of the building its condition is tolerable but the owners and managers are unscrupulous Expect repair requests to be ignored interactions with management to be horrible rental increases on any pretext and your security deposit to vanish when you move out In one example before I moved away they 2022-10-12T02:32:17Z
