At first everything appeared to be in order I had a great deal on my 3 12 the parking lot and entrance were wellkept in winter and after two calls someone came to fix my leaking sink Sadly I soon discovered there were no fans in the bathroom and a major mold issue I bought a dehumidifier for 200 out of pocket I even notified one of the rental agents about it

RealStars properties are not worth relocating to Their ineptitude with tenants is appalling its a struggle to get them to do the most minor of tasks The building would be great if it werent for the terrible management being situated in a nice area and having modern suites living here should be great but due to the incompetent administration it is a nightmare

The building was tranquil and the superintendents were friendly making it a great place to reside Our twobedroom apartment had a unique design with the living room splitting the two bathrooms It was definitely worth our rent cost we couldnt have asked for a better place so close to downtown market
