My name is not Vicky as I am currently residing at Heritage Apartments and would prefer not to disclose my identity After living here for approximately one year I have some mixed reviews To start off with the positives no major issues the apartment is average in size and costeffective for a 1 bedroom unit Amenities include a pool gym and a lengthy list of additional features that I havent even tried out yet Plus theres covered parking available plus an extra uncovered spot available too The two times when the doorknobs on our apartment did not function properly were addressed by their 247 maintenance almost immediatelythey even replaced two of them in order to fix itOn the downside people at their Bloom complex had appliances removed from them when they couldnt pay rent during COVID19 lockdown until it hit news headlines hallways are never cleaned you can see this in pictures handrail next to my door has been broken off for months carpets are stained in hallways and rooms we wont get back our deposit because there were countless problems like painted spots over walls grimy bathrooms etc which were way worse than show unitsIts true that Heritage isn't outstanding but you can make do if you lower your expectationsit is safer than The Archplus most people here arent students so theyre generally very respectful and quiet which is great You can get by with 750 for 2 more ... hide ...

I will finally be able to give an honest review and hopefully prevent others from going through the same experience as me The staff at the office were helpful and friendly but there was disorganization due to what I assume was pandemicrelated turnover This neighbourhood is particularly challenging after ten years of lowincome living this place stands out for its unpleasantness My apartment was old dirty and dark no walkthrough occurred on my movein day despite my request for one Most of my deposit went towards damage and cleaning fees without any specifics given to me Repairs took a long time to complete even when requested multiple times by myself or noted during inspections some appliances were still broken when I left In addition it wasnt safe at night as evidenced by my girlfriend not wanting to walk around alone Loud music blared into the early morning hours and arguments could be heard coming from adjacent apartments Though much of this cant be attributed directly to management its important for graduate students or parents looking for a safe place for their child that this place should be avoided if possible better places exist with a similar price point if you can afford 3x income requirement on applications Ultimately its just not worth the discomfort of living in cold dark holes just because you don't have enough money two stars instead of one are given because the staff were nice shoutout to Hunter The owner needs make improvements so people don more ... hide ...
