I give this star to the concierge couple who provided incredible service despite the horrendous management. I wish there was a zero-star option though. Prior to moving in, everything seemed alright with understanding the project and signing the lease. However, once I moved in it was a living nightmare: manager impossible to get in touch with and not very personable, constant change of managers every few weeks/months, terrible soundproofing (neighbors banging on wall at 8pm due to noise from TV!), expensive prices for half of services offered, pool that's basically a wading pool, lack of parking space for tenants but allowed to park on street (resulting in ten parking tickets during winter), ongoing garage door problems - basically stay away! It took more than two months after lease ended to reclaim deposit given at signature - only after insisted otherwise I would have never gotten it back.

The apartments are excessively expensive, with a dearth of parking spots and an exorbitant fee to have one. The pool is more akin to a paddling pool. The hundred housing units could have been better equipped—poor soundproofing and when walking into your apartment during the day, you may face noise complaints from management who then inform potential future landlords. An unsatisfactory experience leading me to be glad I am no longer there!
