I would give zero stars to The Woodlands Apartments Aion Management if I could My experience with them has been nightmarish due to the misleading pictures of their onebedroom on the site Even though I was unhappy I had no choice but to sign a 10month lease as I had to start graduate school the following day After four nights at the apartment my body was covered in flea bites instead of mosquito bites which is what I originally thought they were With no family nearby and not wanting to stay in an infested apartment I had no choice but to commute from Connecticut for classes until they moved me into another apartment on September 12th almost a week after informing them about the fleas To make matters worse even when they moved me into another apartment things like windows kitchen and bathroom faucets were broken and it took nearly three weeks for maintenance to fix them while my closet door still doesnt have a door over a month later It seems like my concerns are being ignored because of my race as well since there has been no compensation or communication whatsoever not even for mailbox key which requested multiple times Chantai deserves more recognition as shes excellent at her job though more ... hide ...

My experience living at Trilogy Apartments in Belleville MI has been incredible From the office staff Tracey Nicole and Krystal to Leasing Manager Chelsea and Maintenance T Ed everyone has been nothing but friendly and helpful They made the application process quick and easy with great communication throughout Upon moving in Chelsea went over all of the details so I was clear on my lease agreement The apartment is in great condition with new vinyl flooring that I love One of my favorite things about living at Trilogy is all of their resident events as it shows they really care Plus there are some amazing amenities like a fitness center grilling area pool and more oh yeahtheyre pet friendly too I highly recommend Trilogy to anyone looking for a place to live send them to Chelsea for sure more ... hide ...
