Ms Robbi was incredibly helpful and proactive in aiding us with the relocation process from outofstate The apartment we live in is modern and complete with a washer and dryer countertops lake view carpets in the bedroom and stainless steel appliances We noticed that the garbage disposal wasnt working after our movein date however it was fixed within two days Weve been very pleased with our experience thus far Unfortunately since then we have encountered multiple issues such as an AC that wont cool off rooms a microwave that didnt work for over a month damage to bathroom ceiling due to the AC drip pan not being serviced properly pool permanently locked due to other residents lack of respect for property rules etc all without any reimbursement for having to stay elsewhere while our own apartment felt like 80 degrees at night more ... hide ...

The Edge Apartments in Lake Charles proved to be a lifesaver for us after getting evacuated from two hurricanes in 2020 It has four bedrooms and two bathrooms with a balconyview washer dryer and dishwasher included Although its not always quiet most of the time it isMrs Theresa the manager is amazing When we moved in our microwave was not working and our air conditioner wasnt either but within five hours everything was solved Even after three or four months when our AC had problems again she sent her maintenance team right away to fix it along with my broken toilet handle as well as they were always friendly and smiling when we saw them She is so professional which is really hard to find nowadays The Edge Apartments also have an advantage that they allow any breed of animals plus all bills are paid for now We are thankful to Mrs Theresa for helping us out during such a tough situation in our lives more ... hide ...
