Ms Robbi was incredibly helpful and proactive in aiding us with the relocation process from out-of-state. The apartment we live in is modern and complete with a washer and dryer, countertops, lake view, carpets in the bedroom, and stainless steel appliances. We noticed that the garbage disposal wasn't working after our move-in date; however it was fixed within two days! We've been very pleased with our experience thus far. Unfortunately, since then we have encountered multiple issues such as an AC that won't cool off rooms, a microwave that didn't work for over a month, damage to bathroom ceiling due to the AC drip pan not being serviced properly, pool permanently locked due to other residents' lack of respect for property rules etc., all without any reimbursement for having to stay elsewhere while our own apartment felt like 80 degrees at night.
