The building is in terrible condition and the property management team only takes care of things when theyre trying to sell it They manage only four buildings and are very inefficient When you view a nice highend apartment what you get in the end is nothing like that The water coming out of the taps can be yellow at times people smoke inside their units so everything smells theres a major cockroach and bed bug problem and the washers don't work well at all yet theyre expensive Ive been living here for less than a year but I cant wait to leave more ... hide ...
