Pros and cons of living here for a year include: nice bedrooms and furniture that are fairly soundproof; BBQ area and gym facilities; a bus stop outside walking distance to college; fun events with free snacks. Cons: rude management; randomly made the property non-smoking (resulting in people throwing cigarettes on the ground); pet-unfriendly despite being illegal per Ontario landlord/tenant board and pet sections of lease (management didn't follow up); small bedroom windows (unless in townhouse); fire alarms that are overly sensitive so all apartments go off if one does. Crime has been reported, but it isn't the Foundry's fault. Despite this, I do enjoy living here, but new management's rules can be unnecessary and rudely enforced.
