2023-02-03T00:30:03ZQ Residential is TERRIBLE to rent from, having zero regard for their tenants and only caring about their profits. Email inquiries are not replied to in a timely manner and unresolved problems are never followed up on. I moved in November and found cockroaches the first night. Management said they weren't aware of any prior infestations, yet after some research it became clear that this was an ongoing issue throughout the building - something which was not disclosed beforehand! Exterminators have been called multiple times over the past four months with no success; Q Residential has a history of this problem but nothing is done for those living there. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
