I cannot praise this rental building enough but I will try to explain why The location is fabulous nearby to a major highway full of amenities in the plaza behind and within a 10 minute walk to other stores such as Walmart The building is clean and wellmaintained with regular cleaners and landscaping Maintenance or repairs are done quickly by a maintenance worker when needed Jennifer the leasing manager is amazing she always answers my questions promptly and is incredibly friendly creating an inviting community atmosphere Assigned parking in the garage along with visitor parking in the lot or onroad makes accessing the building easy My unit has a great layout with plenty of outlets plus a walkin closet and storage space features that are standard for most units here The balcony size is great too soundproofing has been successful as I rarely hear from my neighbours although some noise from upstairs occasionally All things considered I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to rent more ... hide ...

The building at 21028 Dalton Road would be a pleasant place to live if not for Linda the new property manager of MG Grand Property Inc She has been rude to tenants since her first day when she was cursing in the common hallways and disregarding laws Linda has also tried turning free amenities into forprofit ones such as storage lockers and parking spots and 2022-09-17T19:02:17Z
The building at 21028 Dalton Road would be a pleasant place to live if not for Linda the new property manager of MG Grand Property Inc She has been rude to tenants since her first day when she was cursing in the common hallways and disregarding laws Linda has also tried turning free amenities into forprofit ones such as storage lockers and parking spots and demanded all pets be licensed even though cats don't need licensing or registering under local bylaws Furthermore she had shouting matches with previous superintendents and banned small childrens swingsets from front lawns a solution to this is that tenants should know when lawn maintenance is coming so they can move any items off their lawns themselves She even tried telling people who they can have stay with them until lawyers were called upon her If the new owner of 21028 Dalton Road wants happy tenants who don't go through LTB hearings then Linda needs to be replaced more ... hide ...

The current management team in effect since October 2017 has been incredibly unprofessional We moved out of our condo in November 2017 yet they charged us half of the security deposit without our consent or knowledge On February 14th 2018 we emailed them asking to speak to a higher authority about this matter however have yet to receive any form of response 2022-11-21T14:02:18Z
The current management team in effect since October 2017 has been incredibly unprofessional We moved out of our condo in November 2017 yet they charged us half of the security deposit without our consent or knowledge On February 14th 2018 we emailed them asking to speak to a higher authority about this matter however have yet to receive any form of response Even though we asked for an inspection when leaving no one was sent and it wasnt until around a month later that someone finally looked it over This is absolutely ridiculous are they allowed to just charge us whatever seems fit And even worse is that they mentioned possibly charging us more after sending an estimated bill Unfortunately this problem has been going on since November with still no resolution in sight I had been living in the building since 2014 and never experienced any issues with the former management team however this new one is far from satisfactory more ... hide ...
