Living in Boardwalk Apartments for two years was the worst of my life worse than when I lived in my car Its a slum with an extremely high temperature especially during summerforgetting about AC because its not allowed We had to stay on for another year after they changed our lease and the maintenance guy would blow nothing from 8am to 4pm every day which dis 2022-11-05T14:02:19Z
Living in Boardwalk Apartments for two years was the worst of my life worse than when I lived in my car Its a slum with an extremely high temperature especially during summerforgetting about AC because its not allowed We had to stay on for another year after they changed our lease and the maintenance guy would blow nothing from 8am to 4pm every day which disturbed my sleep schedule as I work nights They were trying to trick us into staying by not giving us a nonrenewal form and then failing to show up at the final walkthrough when I had taken time off work Their behavior is unacceptable unorganized and ridiculous so I will never rent with them again nor recommend them to anyone else save yourself the stress and don't go with Boardwalk Apartments because you wont find peace living there more ... hide ...

This building is a nightmare The management is dreadful they showed my house to potential tenants without informing me and then after saying I could continue living on a monthtomonth basis they decided to lease it out regardless I wouldnt recommend this place even if given a 50 foot pole Its unpleasant and the apartments are sweltering in the summer and free 2022-10-04T20:32:17Z

The building has a recurring stench in the corridors and stairwells that is intolerable Since I moved in 5 months ago there have been at least 10 occasions where Ive had to provide extra documents or something else which should have been dealt with during movein They lost my direct debit form and then sent me a late rent notice There are 4 washing machines here but none of them worked for the first 6 weeks I lived here now 12 of them are always broken If you contact management regarding this they tell you to contact the laundry machine company directly and its not their problem The laundry room is also dirty all the time They try entering without prior notification and rearrange appointments you booked online without asking permission first so now youre stuck with their new timing Furthermore my carpets are so worn out that they keep bunching up due to being stretched too much theres many layers of paint on the cupboards so that when put dishes on it starts coming off in pieces soon after moving in This company has no customer service whatsoever and this building is just average overall more ... hide ...
