    Living in Boardwalk Apartments for two years was the worst of my life, worse than when I lived in my car. It's a slum with an extremely high temperature, especially during summer--forgetting about A/C because it's not allowed. We had to stay on for another year after they changed our lease and the maintenance guy would blow nothing from 8am to 4pm every day which disturbed my sleep schedule as I work nights. They were trying to trick us into staying by not giving us a non-renewal form and then failing to show up at the final walkthrough when I had taken time off work. Their behavior is unacceptable, unorganized and ridiculous so I will never rent with them again nor recommend them to anyone else; save yourself the stress and don't go with Boardwalk Apartments because you won't find peace living there.

    I'm happy to report that after 8 weeks of living here, all has been going well! Boardwalk was a great choice for me, considering the family and pet-friendly building is kept in superb condition. The resident portal is really helpful; I've used it to chat with my landlord and request maintenance (which was promptly attended to!). Furthermore, payment options are plentiful and there's an app for doing laundry. Plus I get a parking spot as part of the deal - bonus!
