Property management is terrible, with multiple thefts occurring in the supposedly secure locker areas and management refusing to check camera footage as it would be "too much to go through". Moreover, property manager Ellen is bullying, disrespectful and intimidating tenants who dare leave reviews. She finds excuses not to return damage deposits, even when tenants have left the place spotless. This abode has been unbearable, as it lies between three construction sites causing noise throughout the day and weekend.
