My wife and I went to the spaauberge for one night and the building and setting was picturesque Unfortunately when we phoned to book Mr Sebastien owner or manager gave us a lessthanwarm welcome making us feel like we were an inconvenience Upon arrival at the Privilege or Oasis there was no smile or hello from him it was simply a robotic walkthrough of the spa followed by signing waiver forms We did appreciate that our room was nicely decorated as well as the outdoor hot tub and sauna areas which were relaxing There is also a nice river trail onsite that takes around 3040 minutes to complete but isn't really suitable for hikingWe decided to try their supper four course meal which turned out satisfactory in terms of food but expensively priced not what youd expect from such an establishment Mr Sebastiens conduct left us with a bad taste in our mouth when my wife asked for the cheese platter after wed finished our main meal he said hed closed his kitchen and oven so couldnt serve it instead offering cold crme brle His attitude left much to be desired for such a place claiming to be high end We then returned to our room only remembering about Luminotherapie when asking if we could do this that night or morning Mr Sebastian just said follow more ... hide ...

I have been living in a Birchwood Equities building for two years now and I am glad I moved here from my old place The building is secure looks good and is periodically cleaned Management takes all the concerns of its tenants seriously and are always willing to helpIf your building manager happens to be Harold you are in luck He may not live on the premises 2022-10-07T10:02:18Z
I have been living in a Birchwood Equities building for two years now and I am glad I moved here from my old place The building is secure looks good and is periodically cleaned Management takes all the concerns of its tenants seriously and are always willing to helpIf your building manager happens to be Harold you are in luck He may not live on the premises but he is always ready to answer messages or calls promptly and visits often to make sure everything looks clean and neat Upon moving in our apartment was spotless and newly painted we even got a basket full of items useful for firsttime renters as a welcoming gesture from Harold Any issues that have come up since then were taken care of quickly with great resultsIf youre looking for an apartment I highly recommend Birchwood Equities more ... hide ...

I stayed at 561 Sherbourne Street Toronto for 8 months and I have conflicting feelings about it It worked for my needs but I wouldnt stay there again Initially they said the minimum stay was 8 months but when I arrived there were people with shorter leases than mine They advertise that they match you with people who share similar interests however this wasnt 2022-10-21T04:32:18Z
I stayed at 561 Sherbourne Street Toronto for 8 months and I have conflicting feelings about it It worked for my needs but I wouldnt stay there again Initially they said the minimum stay was 8 months but when I arrived there were people with shorter leases than mine They advertise that they match you with people who share similar interests however this wasnt true as they only matched me by gender My purpose in Toronto was to work and yet I was grouped with English students who were just there for fun quite stressful It wouldve been much better had they taken into consideration the profile and purpose of those sharing the apartment together The socalled manager Albert should not be in that role as he is not actually hired by Harrington he is an undergraduate student studying exams and his responses are either delayed or nonexistent unless money is involved Sinan from their financebooking team also took a long time to answer my emails or would ignore them altogether Asye from the cleaning team was a welcome exception though as she always cleaned when someone new moved in unfortunately you never knew who The units are new however my room the deluxe dorm was somewhat small while the shared area was too tiny for 4 people since they made one of the living rooms an extra bedroom additionally you don't know ahead of time if 3 or 4 will be living together TV worked even though Netflix wasnt included like promised wifi only went down once during more ... hide ...

Living in Hoem is alright however it does not seem to be managed well and feels like it is just a moneymaking venture The apartments are nice with scenic views and are fully furnished so thats nice I lived here for 1 year and 4 months but during this time there were many problems which occurred At the time of signing my 1year lease contract I was unexpectedly moved to a different floor for the last 4 months without an explanation as to why Also while I was moved into a 4 bedroom apartment I was still charged rent for the 3 bedroom apartment I left behind which went against the contract we had signed initially This problem only got resolved after many emails were exchanged between me and management it should have been handled by management instead of leaving it to unqualified students at the front desk who did not take me or my roommate seriously until my mother intervened Moreover without any prior warning from Hoem staff we had a new roommate move into our place in the middle of the night They also failed to provide us with wifi password or roommate agreement paper when we shifted apartments The laundry room was terrible too all washing machines smelt mouldy with dirtmould buildup around rubber parts also clothes werent properly dried in most dryers multiple times leading us to spend more money on rerunning them sometimes machines even stopped midcycle without working At one event organised by Hoem staff no one talked or said hello until I more ... hide ...
