Having resided here for 5 years the quality of this building has drastically declined since Skyline Living took control Just like what the other review said there are ants everywhere and hot water cuts off at least once a month sometimes more The back firesecurity door was jammed open for over two months while the front door window remained broken for over a 2022-11-05T12:02:19Z
Having resided here for 5 years the quality of this building has drastically declined since Skyline Living took control Just like what the other review said there are ants everywhere and hot water cuts off at least once a month sometimes more The back firesecurity door was jammed open for over two months while the front door window remained broken for over a week On top of that some emergency lights either have burnt out bulbs or are not working at all hanging by one screw Elevators brand new and only 2 years old have been out of service for 2 weeks already during cold weather fresh air vents were turned to maximum power making hallways almost freezing with temperatures dropping to 9 Celsius Despite contacting the property manager and head office about these matters nothing has been done yet some issues were addressed but others were simply ignored by customer service personnel who eventually just said thanks after being contacted Follow up inquiry from another rep was made but was left unanswered when I stated that nothing had been taken care of yet No response has been given concerning the elevators either when I asked customer service about it they seem to be more concerned with their ratings than helping tenants and maintaining the building properly more ... hide ...

We relocated from Chetwynd and downsized as we are nearing retirement The owners and park managers have been accommodating and kind during the move Since our arrival the park has improved a lot with new upgraded laundry facilities showers and vending machines We find people in the park friendly and welcoming whether we know them or not It is a perfect spot 2022-10-04T18:32:16Z
We relocated from Chetwynd and downsized as we are nearing retirement The owners and park managers have been accommodating and kind during the move Since our arrival the park has improved a lot with new upgraded laundry facilities showers and vending machines We find people in the park friendly and welcoming whether we know them or not It is a perfect spot for young families or those moving towards retirement like us The park owners are committed to continually upgrading the place theyve updated the water system built proper pads for modern units that can be soldrented out added parking etcetera Although their site mentions a no pet policy they were reasonable while dealing with us in this regard This is an ideal spot if youre RVing or looking for an extended stay great views of nature nearby hiking trailscreeksrivers clean air smell woodstoves burning in winterfall etcetera plus friendly people fully functional amenities garbage disposalplaygroundlaundry shower facility Plus theres boat storage available at a very inexpensive monthly fee along with snow removal service too And considering what we pay for padrent here is what our taxesutilities used to cost back home its just great Campfires light up summertime here with kids playing around pets walking about people saying hi as they drive by more ... hide ...
